We currently do not post to all destinations but this can be confirmed at the checkout. You can contact us by e mail at info@mzube.co.uk and we will be happy to provide a postage cost if your destination is not activated.

Our UK postal charges are based on the weight and size of the product. So by posting several items the postage may remain the same or only increase slightly. This will be calculated at the checkout before you proceed with the payment.


Standard UK Postage up to 1kg is £2.99 (some small items cost only £1.99)

First class UK Postage up to 1kg is £3.99 (some small items cost only £2.99)

Spend over £75 and the standard post is completely free of charge (This only applies to shipping within the UK)


Smaller items under 1kg will normally be sent by Royal Mail and a signature may be required. Items over 1kg will sent by one of our selected couriers.

 

 LOST OR DELAYED ITEMS

Please note that Standard Delivery will be posted with 24 hours and will normally take 3 - 5 Days from the time of dispatch. On rare occasions the order may get delayed so we would recommend that you wait 10 working days before you contact us with concerns.

Small orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and larger items will be sent by one of our selected Couriers. We would advise you to initially check the address you have given is correct and check with your local sorting office if it has been sent by Royal Mail. You can also check on-line if a tracking number has been supplied.

If your item cannot be traced the current Royal Mail policy for UK deliveries is that a claim cannot be submitted and deemed lost until 15 business days after the date delivery was expected In most cases items are returned to us due to incorrect address or non-collection of parcel at the sorting office. To find out your local sorting office number call Royal Mail on 08457 740 740 or consult your local phone directory.

You can track your order online at www.royalmail.com using the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. Or for larger orders you can track at the website and tracking number displayed on your dispatch e-mail we send.

In the unfortunate event that your item is not received after 10 working days (30 days for non-UK customers) from dispatch please contact us and we will investigate the concerns. We can't send a replacement until 14 days from the date of dispatch but you can re-purchase the same item and WE WILL REFUND the Order providing the order is returned, unopened in the original packaging. (The postage costs will not be refunded)

Anywhere Else in the World


Shipping outside the UK is charged by weight. Please select from the appropriate European or Worldwide options and the cost will automatically be calculated for you. This cost is an estimate and if your order is heavy or you live outside Europe we will need to get an exact quote from our international courier, which we will e-mail to you as soon as possible.

We cannot post to all destinations

We regret that due to the massive volume of credit card fraud originating from these countries, we cannot and will not accept orders from these countries and we do not deliver orders to these countries. We do apologise to our Honest customers for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please be aware, any destinations outside of the EU may be subject to a Customs charge which is your responsability

Delivery & Shipping Information

When your order is received you will receive an email with details of your purchase and postage option you have chosen.

All Items are sent via Royal Mail or courier.

Standard items are sent Royal Mail 2nd class.


As soon as your item as been picked and dispatched we will send you an email.

Dependant on the value of your order, a signature may be required upon the delivery of the goods.

In the event you are not available at your delivery address when your order is delivered, you will be left a card to inform you. This will include information as to whether you need to contact the courier, when another attempt will be made, or further information on rescheduling your delivery.


* UK Next Day Delivery items must be purchased and paid for by 11:00am, Monday to Friday. 
These items will be received by 5pm on the next working day.
 A signature will be required. 


Please note that in some remote parts of the UK Next Day Delivery may not be available. In this situation a customer advisor will contact you to discuss alternatives.


International & European items are sent Royal Mail International Signed For.

At present we do not offer an expedited postage service outside of the UK and if you require an additional service please contact us and we will be happy to obtain a new postage quote.

Returns

Website Returns Policy

We want to you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We operate a simple returns process illustrated below.

To make the returns process as quick as possible all goods being returned must be accompanied by a completed returns form which can be obtained by sending us a e-mail to info@mzube.co.uk . We will log your return request and issue the returns form by email.

Faulty Goods Returns

We expect all of our products to perform to the highest standards. All products MUST be returned to us before we can issue a replacement or refund.

Unwanted Goods Returns

Please note that all sales are final and we do not supply goods on a trial or sale or return basis.

Unwanted goods may be returned within 28 days of purchase providing they meet the following conditions:-

A) The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ in their original packaging including external boxes, all manuals and accessories, the packaging must be in pristine condition.

B) Any items with broken security seals or which have been unpacked from their original packaging and not repacked as new will be deemed "used" and will not qualify for a refund or credit and may not be returned.

C) Products of any type are non returnable if cellophane wrappers or sealed packets are opened.

You will be responsible for the safe return of unwanted goods and the cost of carriage and proof of postage must be used but we recommend the item is returned by recorded postage. If goods are received back with missing or used items or accessories, the cost of the accessories will be charged to you or we may reject the return entirely.

We are unable to accept returns on the following items:

  • Bespoke manufactured items
  • Pre-printed or personalised items.
  • Special ordered items such as the made to order Suck UK Range
  • Items with broken security seals.
  • Goods that have been used.
  • Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you at your cost or made available for you to collect.This returns policy does not affect your statutory or legal rights.

Our aim to satisfy all of our customers. Our orders are covered by a 28-day guarantee*. (apart from Airsoft and Paintball items)


* We recommend that all returns are sent using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Returns Policy for Airsoft, Paintball and BB Guns

You may return most new items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund providing the item is unopened.

These products only are covered with a  28 day warranty due to the nature of the item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the item, but in in most cases you will receive a refund quicker.

The item has to be returned to the Manufacturer for inspection and we can't refund or send you the replacement new item until the Manufacturer has returned the report.
